Improving Sleep with Vitamins and Minerals

If you’re dealing with disrupted sleep, hidden problems in your diet or lifestyle could be the culprit.

And we’re not talking the basic “don’t use blue lights or drink caffeine close to bed” talk.

We dive deep into sleep science in this session, and teach you surprising things like:

  • Foods that impact melatonin synthesis

  • Nutrient deficiencies that prevent deep and restorative sleep (Fe, Mg, Ca, and more...).

Sleep and Nutrition by Dr. Kate Henry and Dr. Saru Bala
