Now Introducing: Dr. Ana Rodriguez, ND, LAc

I am so excited to have you meet Dr. Ana Rodriguez, our newest teammate in the Functional Medicine program at Sanare Today.


Dr. Ana is a kind, brilliant, incredibly trained naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist who can use a variety of tools from across the world to help you heal and thrive.


In this interview, you can literally feel how warm and kind Dr. Ana is, and you'll begin to appreciate her heart for bringing you the best that all forms of both modern and traditional medicine so that you can be your best self.


New and existing Sanare client family members can schedule a visit with Dr. Ana on Mondays - Thursdays from 6:00pm-9:00pm EST via virtual consult (zoom or phone) -- so essentially, from anywhere in the world that you are!


Dr. Ana is a true part of our team, which means if you've seen Ally or I, you can see her and she'll be able to consult with us, access all of your history, documents and care so you guys can hit the ground running, without missing a beat.

About Dr. Ana Rodriguez, ND


Dr. Ana achieved her doctorate in naturopathic medicine and her master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University, Kenmore, WA in 2019. She recently completed a two year accredited residency program which focused on primary care and women’s health.


During her time at Bastyr, she rotated at Odessa Brown Clinic, Seattle Children's Hospital, and Seattle Breastfeeding Medicine where she gained additional experience working with pediatric patients. She has also had advanced training in craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. Prior to Bastyr, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina where she was a pre-med, theatre major. Dr. Ana is also a registered yoga teacher and completed her 200 hour teacher training at Maui Yoga Shala in Paia, Maui.


Dr. Ana's Background


Dr. Ana is extremely passionate about finding the root cause of illness and treating each person as the unique individual that they are. Her clinical interests include gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine disorders, chronic illness, sports medicine, chronic pain, women's health, and adolescent care. She truly believes that all systems in the body are connected and she utilizes this idea to help to restore balance in those who seek her care. She utilizes acupuncture, craniosacral, and visceral manipulation as integral parts to most treatment plans, as she believes that it is extremely important to restore connection between body, mind, and spirit. She evaluates laboratory work through a whole-body lens and incorporates nutrition counseling, nutraceuticals and herbal medicine as appropriate to the individual in front of her. Dr. Ana deeply cares about health equity and improving access to naturopathic medicine and acupuncture to those in underserved communities. She believes that naturopathic medicine and acupuncture should not be restricted to only those who can afford to pay. She is an active member of the American Association for Naturopathic Physicians and has gone to Washington D.C. to lobby for naturopathic medicine.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ana loves spending time with her friends and family, especially her new addition, baby Maxwell. She and her husband are self-proclaimed foodies, so they are always exploring local restaurants and coffee shops. Dr. Ana is a runner, weight lifter, and nature explorer. In addition to exploring the outdoors, Dr. Ana is passionate about the arts. She believes that live arts are a powerful way to explore the human experience and make positive changes in our communities.
